How to make your own Super-smoothies, Super-juices, and Super-soups

Here are my general recipes for super meals. I’ve created links for almost all of the ingredients so you can see what they are and even try them out for yourself if you’ve never tried them out before. I think that you should introduce most superfoods into your body at least once to see if that food is right for you or not. The links go to places where I buy them online. There are also good descriptions of some of these online.
Eat the best foods ever and feel the best you’re ever felt!! You don’t have to run out and buy all of these things at once–don’t worry. Just get one or two new things every other week or so and soon you’ll be on top of the world
*FYI: For the Amazon products: if you spend at least $25 in theses items, you pay NO shipping ;) For the Raw Vegan Books products, Matt Monarch only charges at flat $5 fee if you get just a few things and will fit as much as he can into that standard size box before he has to charge a bit more. What a deal!
Super Smoothie 301:
Start with 1-2 cups base of cold tea (Spring Dragon Longevity Tea), coconut water, spring or filtered water, nut milk or Rejuvelac (you could also save adding the liquid in for last)
Add in some fruit (berries are best, 1-2 of any type of fruit works perfect). 2-3 servings
Add in any (or all!) of the following:
½ Filleted Aloe Vera leaf
1-2 Tablespoons Cacao powder (The powder is different than just ground nibs. The fat has been taken out. A different effect on you altogether.)
1 small handful of Cacao nibs
¼ cup of soaked Goji berries or ½ tablespoon of Goji berry extract
½ tablespoon of Camu Camu berry extract or acerola berry powder (for Vit C)
1 tablespoon of MSM
1-2 pinches of Celtic Sea Salt
2 tablespoons of Tocotrienals
1-2 tablespoons of green powers
1-2 tablespoons of Spirulina
2-4 Tablespoons Hemp Protein
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
1-2 tablespoons Non-GMO Soy Lecithin
1 tablespoon Maca
1 tablespoon Bee Pollen
1 tablespoon of coconut, flax or hemp seed oil
2-3 tablespoons Hemp seeds
4-6 Raw Cashews
1-2 Brazil nuts
1-2 tablespoons of hemp seed oil, flax seed oil, or coconut oil
Meat of 1 young coconut
Sweeten if necessary with:
Raw Honey (I like this type because it’s really liquidy and easy to mix into drinks)
Stevia
Blend in the vitamix until smooth. Enjoy!! You’ll probably half to save the other half of the blenderful for later!
Super Green Juice 101:
Start with a base of ½ celery or 1 cucumber (or romaine)
Add in dark greens (1-?) like kale, spinach, parsley, dandelion greens, collard greens, watercress etc.
Add in other veggies if you want such as:
Tomato
Bell pepper
Broccoli
Cabbage
Asparagus
Radish
To sweeten (if necessary):
½ apple
1 carrot
½ beet
The finishing/extra touches:
4-6 inches of burdock root
1 Lemon or lime (necessary)
1 inch knob of ginger (almost necessary)
Sprouts
2 cloves garlic (optional)
½ jalapeño (optional)
Mint, basil
Super Soup 101:
Blend into your raw veggie/herb/spice/avo soup:
Green powder
1-2 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast (although not raw, very rich in B Vitamins)
Handful of Sprouts
Sea vegetables (dulse or if some other type, soaked beforehand)
1-2 Tablespoons of Spirulina
Hemp seed oil or flax oil
1-2 tablespoons of hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds
2-4 tablespoons of sauerkraut
½ -1 tablespoon of Miso
Can also use nut milk, Rejuvelac, coconut water or veggie juice to thin. Use a vitamix for best results ![]()
